  1. The Strategic Initiative for Developing Capacity in Ethical Review (SIDCER) established in WHO-TDR,
  2. Forum for Ethical Review Committees in the Asian and Western Pacific Region (FERCAP),
  3. Mnistry of Health, Sri Lanka, and
  4. the Subcommittee on Clinical Trials (SCOCT) of the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA). (recognized the capacity to evaluate clinical trials)
