All types of requests for verifications of academic credentials (e.g., degree certificate, academic transcripts, academic records etc.) and/or academic status should be emailed (exams@med.rjt.ac.lk) to the Examination Division along with the PDF of the completed application form and the bank receipt of payment (People’s Bank, Anuradhapura, Account No: 008-1-001-8-1725841).
The Faculty Index Number of the graduate should be mentioned in the bank receipt of payment.
