The Sixth Undergraduate Research Symposium of the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Sciences (URSFMAS 2024) was successfully held as a virtual conference on 22nd October 2024. The Department of Community Medicine, FMAS organized this event as a virtual conference for the fourth consecutive year.
Prof. Nuwan Wickramasinghe (Coordinator of the Research in Medicine module) chaired the URSFMAS 2024. Thirty undergraduate research groups from the 2018/2019 batch of FMAS presented their findings at the event. An expert panel of reviewers provided valuable feedback on the student presentations.
